All the activity that happens in a student’s or a parent’s account during a school day (grades, absences, school activity, etc.) is included in a summary that is sent to the parents by e-mail. The summary is sent out at the time set by the school administration, depending on each institution’s school schedule.

In some situations, teachers are active on the platform even after the students’ school schedule is over. In this case, users will be informed regarding these activities in the summary for the following day.

With the standard subscription + text message option, all the activity that happens in a student’s or a parent’s account during a school day (grades, absences, school activity, etc.)  is included in a summary that is sent to the parents by e-mail, as well as by instant text message notification, at the time set by the school administration.

Text message notification example:

”George Smith was absent today from Practical Applications in Mathematics (eight) and received a 10 in English.”
