In case you forgot the password to your Adservio account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Recover password button under the log-in fields;

2. Type in the username, the e-mail address or the phone number you have used when creating your account;

3. Click Continue;

  4. If you have provided the e-mail address, you will receive a message containing instructions for password recovery. Press the CLICK HERE button;

5. If you have provided the phone number, you will receive an access code via text message.

6. If you have provided the username, you can opt to receive an access code via text message, or instructions via e-mail:

• if your phone number and e-mail address are not registered in our database, call the Adservio Customer Support Line: 0332-102828.
• if you forgot your Adservio username, call the Adservio Customer Support Line: 0332-10282 and we will help you recover it!
