The secretary or the headmaster can register a new educator onto the platform. The minimum required information is: surname, name and position. 

1. In the main menu, select the Educators module, then the Add educator section.

       2. Fill in the educator’s personal information and their position, then click Save.

Important notes! 

• The mandatory information for adding an educator is: surname, name, position.
• The positions that cannot be selected can be assigned only upon express request to an Adservio representative.
• You can assign multiple positions to the same educator by selecting them.
• You must add a phone number or an e-mail address for the educator in order for them to receive a unique sign-up code. How do I send sign-up codes from a secretary account?
