! School subjects you add are not visible to other educational establishments.

1. In the main menu, select the Nomenclatures module, the Subjects section, and click on Add subject;

• before adding a subject, make sure it is not already on the school subject list;

2. Fill in the Subject name field and choose whether the subject is an elective, or students can be exempted from it;

• this option allows for students to be exempted from particular subjects for prolonged periods of time, such as a semester or an entire year;

3. Click on Save.

• afterwards you can find the subject you have just added on the centralized list, in alphabetical order.
